Tower work Think you get a spectacular view of Montana from a mountain top? You ought to scope out the view from the top of a tall communications tower that sits on top of that mountain top. One of the aspects of my computer work experience that has proven to be both challenging and personally rewarding has been to be involved in all phases of communications towers. That includes the construction and initial setup of the communications equipment. It means doing the climbing and installation on the towers. I've done work on a number of sites in the Missoula area and elsewhere in Western Montana, both for the companies that I've worked with and by contract with other firms. I'm tower-climbing certified, receiving COMTRAIN Tower Climbing and Safety Certification. My rates vary by time of day and the tasks that need to be done.
